We are here to help, so if your hoodie towel wasn't everything you hoped, or was faulty in any way, then please don't hesitate to let us know by contacting us.

In the unlikely event that you would like to return a product, items can be returned in 14 days of receipt of delivery. We offer a full refund upon receiving the goods at our office, providing that the goods are in the original packaging, unworn, unused, undamaged. 

If your item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed you have a legal right to return your order to us and receive a full refund for the products. For the fastest resolution, please email us with your order number and photographs of the defective element (if applicable) and keep all product and packaging until your claim is resolved.

Just a few extra details that are useful:

• It takes 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed once the product has been returned and can take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

• Please make sure you get a proof of postage receipt when you return your parcel. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you.
