• We take every care in the preparation of the content of this website, especially ensuring products have been properly described and that the prices quoted are correct at time of posting. 
• Although we try to give as much accurate information as we can about our product, we must add that they are given on the understanding that they are for guidance and, therefore, any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
• All our items are subject to availability. We task ourselves to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and you have the right to cancel if a suitable revised availability date is offered and found to be unacceptable to you.
• You can correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on ‘Place Order’ during the ordering process.
• We will charge you for payment upon receipt of your order, unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days.
• We cannot accept liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details.
• If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account, then we can cancel the contract and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
• Please be advised that we are unable to refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly, or the item is deemed to be faulty.
• Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom unless we have quoted and agreed a delivery cost to a destination outside of mainland UK.
• Please ensure that the delivery address for your goods is both complete and accurate
• Please be advised that all goods are delivered by Royal Mail unless notified differently.
• We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
• We aim to despatch all authorised orders to the United Kingdom within 3 working days.
• Working days are Monday to Friday. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control which delay delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal mail or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you by Royal Mail (or nominated alternative carrier if outside of the UK mainland).
• You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
• We require an email address to accompany your placed order, which will allow us to provide you with a confirmation of your order and delivery notification
• You have a legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods. If your purchase fails to meet your satisfaction, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, ensuring that the goods are in perfect condition and include your proof of purchase. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item if you prefer. Please be advised that the items are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We do however recommend that for your own protection you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a receipt to prove the item has been sent.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

This website, any content contained therein, and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

We cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, although we do our best to prevent them. We do encourage everyone to keep their virus protection up to date.
